ADULT COURSES

INTRODUCTORY COURSE ( level 1)

Course covers: basics of rigging, disarming, launching, recovering, tacking, gybing, capsizing, man overboard rescue, knots, centre of buoyancy, points of sail, seamanship. Sailing theory

ADVANCED COURSE (level 2)

For those with prior knowledge, seeking to take their abilities to the next level. Program: following a review of nomenclature and basic rigging, safety and sailing maneuvers, sailors will advance to on-the-water activities that consolidate and refine on-the-water skills, boat handling skills and introduce advanced equipment sailing maneuvers (use of spinnaker, gennaker, sail trimming) designed to promote independence on the boat. Length of the course: hours including theoretical and practical lessons

Course timetable: the course can be spread over 5 days Monday to Friday or divided over three weekends

DAILY COURSE OPTIONS

MORNIG COURSE OPTION

• 9:30 am theory lesson
• 10:00 am rigging and sailing
• 12:00 pm sailing back to shore
• 12:30 pm recap

AFTERNOON COURSE OPTION

• 2:30pm theory lesson
• 3:00pm boat rigging and sailing
• 5:00pm sailing back to shore
• 5:30pm recap
• You can enjoy the rest of the day lingering by the beach and have fun with our enthusiastic and friendly staff!

All our courses include Training material, lifejacket and assistance

YOUTH SAILING COURSES

A.S.D. Jesolo Sail Beach was born from passion and we are driven by our passion for sailing. Our vision at theCentre is to offer educational and recreational programs to young people through sailing instruction, water safety, responsible practices, and personal empowerment all in a welcoming environment. We strongly believe that sailing builds confidence, self-esteem and team spirit.

YOUTH COURSES

Our Centre also provides facilities such as canoeing, beach volleyball, beach tennis, beach rugby, beach soccer and beach fitness

TYPICAL DAY

• 9:30 am theory lesson
• 10:00 am Boat rigging and sailing
• 1:00 pm Stop for lunch
• 3:00 pm Question & Answer session
• 4:00 pm sporting activities by the beach
• 5:30 pm home

All our courses include Training material, Life jacket and assistance
